Description

Tämä tarjouspyyntö on aiemmin 18.5.2025 julkaistun osallistumispyynnön jatkoa (Aiemman ilmoituksen TED-numero: 319727-2025). Tähän tarjouspyyntöön voivat osallistua aiemmin osallistumispyynnön yhteydessä mukaan valitut toimittajat. Muut kuin hyväksytyiltä toimittajilta tulevat tarjoukset hylätään. Rakentamishankkeen kohteena on Kymi - Vehkalahti - Keltakallio 2 x 110 kV voimajohto, joka sijaitsee Kotkan ja Haminan alueella. Johtomuutos koskee noin 12,2 km pituista osuutta alkaen Fingrid Oyj:n omistamalta Kymin sähköasemalta päättyen Keltakallion alueelle. Rakentamishanke toteutetaan pääosin olemassa olevalla johtoaukealla. Rakentamishanke toteutetaan pääasiassa vapaasti seisovilla teräsristikkopylväillä ja siihen liittyy Juurikorven ja Vehkalahden erotinasemien muutos- ja rakennustyöt. Vanhat johtorakenteet puretaan johtoalueelta, osa olemassa olevista pylväistä ja erottimista tulee purkaa ehjänä ja toimittaa Tilaajan varastolle. Urakka tulee toteuttaa neljässä eri vaiheessa verkon käytettävyyden vuoksi. Toimitukseen sisältyy optio, jonka käytöstä Tilaaja päättää lokakuun loppuun 2025 mennessä. Ensimmäisessä vaiheessa toteutetaan Vehkalahden erotinasema muutostöineen ja Juurikorven erotinaseman laitteistojen hankinta sekä Vehkalahden ja Keltakallion välinen johto-osuus. Optioon sisältyy Kymin sähköaseman ja Vehkalahden erotinaseman välinen voimajohto-osuus.Toimittajan henkilöstöllä tulee olla voimassa olevat pätevyydet ja koulutukset, joita hankinnan kohteen mukaisissa töissä vaaditaan ja toimittajalla tulee olla hankinnan kohteeseen nähden riittävä määrä hankinnan kohdetta vastaavaa osaamista omaavaa henkilöstöä. Toimittajan tulee noudattaa Suomen lakia ja asetuksia sekä muita Suomessa kulloinkin voimassa olevia viranomaismääräyksiä ja vaatimuksia sekä Tilaajan turvallisuusvaatimuksia. Urakan toteutuminen ja urakkasopimuksen syntyminen on ehdollinen lunastusluvan saamiselle. Mikäli lunastuslupaa ei saada tai sen saaminen viivästyy merkittävästi, on Tilaajalla oikeus keskeyttää hankinta.
