Description

Kokkolan kaupunki pyytää tarjousta työvaatteiden vuokrauspalveluista sekä työvaatteiden pesulapalveluista. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: 1. Keittiö- ja siivousalan työvaatteiden vuokrauspalvelu 2. Omien työvaatteiden pesulapalvelu Keittiö- ja siivousalan ammattikäyttöön tulevien työvaatteiden vuokrauspalvelut määräaikaiselle kahden (2) vuoden hankintakaudelle (tavoite 1.7.2026-30.6.2028), jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana, ellei sitä irtisanota päättymään määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen. Sopimuskausi alkaa kulumaan työvaatteiden toimituksesta. Vuokrauspalveluun tulee sisältyä tekstiilien vuokraus, pesu, huolto, kuljetus, varastointi, aloituskartoitus ja sovituspalvelu. Puhtaus- ja ruokapalvelussa on n. 230 työntekijää. Sopimus ei sisällä määräostovelvoitetta eikä tilaaja sitoudu tiettyihin tilausmääriin. Palveluntuottaja vuokraa työvaatteet tilaajan tarpeisiin. Tilaajalla on halutessaan mahdollisuus tehdä lisätilauksia uusien kohteiden tai tarpeiden ilmaantuessa.; Kiinteistöhuollon sekä liikenneväylät ja kunnossapito -palveluyksikön työntekijöiden henkilökohtaisten, muualta hankittujen työvaatteiden pesulapalvelu määräaikaiselle kahden (2) vuoden hankintakaudelle (tavoite 1.7.2026-30.6.2028), jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana, ellei sitä irtisanota päättymään määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen. Pesulapalveluun kuuluu työvaatteiden pesu, viimeistely ja kuljetus. Em. palveluyksiköissä on yhteensä n. 40 työntekijää. Myös muut kaupungin yksiköt voivat liittyä hankintaan.
