Description

Hankinnan kohteena on Workspace-tuottavuusratkaisu - lisenssit ja asiantuntijapalvelut. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen. Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. •Osa-alue 1 Workspace-käyttäjien lisenssit •Osa-alue 2 Asiantuntijapalvelut Google Workspace-, Chrome Enterprise- ja Chromebook -palveluihin Tilaaja valitsi molempiin osa-alueisiin kolme (3) toimittajaa, joiden kanssa se teki sopimuksen. Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Istekin asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia, osapuolia eivätkä muutoinkaan tule liittymään hankintaan. Google Workspace -käyttäjien lisenssit ovat käyttöoikeuksia, jotka mahdollistavat pääsyn Google pilvipohjaisiin tuottavuus- ja yhteistyöpalveluihin. Lisenssit toimitetaan asiakkaan määrittelemälle käyttäjämäärälle, ja niiden hallinta tapahtuu joko Istekin tai asiakkaan toimesta.; Osa-alue 2 kattaa asiantuntijapalvelut, jotka tukevat Google Workspace-, Chrome Enterprise- ja Chromebook-palveluiden käyttöönottoa, hallintaa ja kehittämistä. Palvelut sisältävät muun muassa integraatiot, viestintäratkaisut, datamigraation, projektityön, koulutuksen, dokumentaation sekä jatkuvan tuen ja ylläpidon. Tavoitteena on vahvistaa tilaajan ja asiakkaiden kyvykkyyttä hyödyntää Google-teknologioita tehokkaasti erilaisissa hybridiympäristöissä.
