Hankinnan kohteena on valmisohjelmisto kokonaispalveluna. Hankinta sisältää palvelun toimituksen, käyttöönoton, käytön edellyttämät koulutukset, tuki-, ylläpito- ja asiantuntijapalvelut sekä palvelun päivitykset. Lisähankintamahdollisuutena on palvelu, joka analysoi asiakaspalveluun tulevien puheluiden tallenteita. Valmisohjelmistoa kokonaispalveluna käytetään olemassa olevien ja kertyvien tekstiaineistojen erityisesti asiakaspalautteiden, kyselyiden avovastausten analysointiin ja tiedon louhintaan. Käsiteltävät aineistot ovat sekä yksittäisiä aineistoja että jatkuvasti kertyviä aineistoja. Ohjelmisto tuottaa tekstianeistoista ymmärrettäviä analyysituloksia, joita tilaaja voi hyödyntää organisaatiossaan. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tarjouspyynnössä esitettyihin hankintamääriin.
