Description

Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia salkunhallintajärjestelmästä sekä siihen liittyvistä käyttöönotto-, sovellusylläpito- ja tukipalveluista sekä ratkaisun jatkokehitys- ja asiantuntijapalveluista. Salkunhallintaratkaisu tulee kattamaan projektisalkun, IT-salkun, hankesalkun sekä konsernisalkun. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, koska hankinnan kohteena oleva palvelu muodostaa yhtenäisen kokonaisuuden, jota ei ole tarkoituksenmukaista jakaa pienimpiin kokonaisuuksiin. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan yksi toimittaja ja yksi varatoimittaja. Sopimus tulee voimaan allekirjoittamisesta ja on voimassa toistaiseksi. Arvioitu sopimuskauden alkamispäivämäärä on helmikuussa 2026.
