Finland - Chartered passenger transport services - Procurement of charter trips

The City of Espoo is seeking bids for the procurement of charter trips, meaning one-way, return and pre-agreed more regular local transport services that can be performed anywhere in mainland Finland. The contract covers only services performed with M2 and M3 category buses, not cars. The procurement is divided into three lots: lot 1 school and daycare trip transport, lot 2 swimming hall and substitute school transport, and lot 3 event transport and other transport. Suppliers may bid and be selected for one or more lots. The procurement is implemented as a framework agreement under the Procurement Act, with 10 suppliers selected for lot 1 and 5 for lots 2 and 3. Individual trips are awarded via simplified internal competition.
