Description

Hankinnan kohteena oli mobiilitietoturvaratkaisu asiakkaidemme yhteiskäyttöisille mobiililaitteille. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaaja valitsi yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa se teki sopimuksen. Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Istekki Oy ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Istekin asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia, osapuolia eivätkä muutoinkaan tule liittymään hankintaan. Kilpailutuksen myötä valittiin yksi (1) toimittaja sopimuskaudelle. Sopimus on 2v + toistaiseksi.
