Description

Tätä hankintaa koskevan kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on hankkia käyttäjäystävällinen, toimintavarma ja tietoturvallinen järjestelmä, joka tehostaa ja helpottaa eläinlääkintähuollon ammattilaisten päivittäistä työtä. Järjestelmän toivotaan auttavan työntekijöitä erityisesti viranomaistoimintaan liittyvien työtehtävien ja dokumentaation hallinnassa sekä päivittäisen työn suunnittelussa, mm. selkeiden työnäkymien sekä monipuolisten ja toimivien hakutoimintojen avulla. Järjestelmän toivotaan mahdollistavan työn merkittävää tehostamista esim. (puoli)automatisoinnin ja uusien teknologioiden avulla. Erityisesti asiakirjojen arkistointi halutaan tulevaisuudessa järjestää automaattisesti hankittavasta järjestelmästä kaupungin sähköiseen arkistoon. Näiden lisäksi, tavoitteena on että hankittavaa järjestelmää voidaan joustavasti päivittää ja kehittää, mm. lainsäädännön muuttuessa tai uusien integraatioiden avulla.
