Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhteen tai molempiin osa-alueisiin. osa-alue 1: Kiinteistöjen myynti; Julkiskäytön kohteet, liikerakennukset ja -kiinteistöt osa-alue 2: Asunnot ja osakehuoneistot Hankittava palvelu sisältää tilaajan omistamien rakennusten ja maa-alueiden myyntitoimeksiantoja. Kohteena on kiinteistöjen myyntiin liittyvät palvelut. Palvelu ja sen volyymi on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä Hankinnan kuvaus. Kyseessä on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä kilpailutus.
