Description

Pyydämme tarjousta kahden eri alueen rakennusautomaatiosaneeraustöistä. Kiinteistöt on jaettu kahteen eri alueseen Alue 1 (8 kiinteistöä) ja Alue 2 (8 kiinteistöä). Urakat toteutetaan vuoden 2027 aikana. Urakan tulee olla kokonaisuudessaan valmis viimeistään 30.11.2027. Kohteet ovat Espoon Asunnot Oy:n omistamia kiinteistöjä. Kiinteistöt Alue 1 (8 kpl): Vallikaivanto 1, Kyyhkysmäki 10, Vanha Maantie 7, Nuijamäki 2, Viirikuja 2, Liittokuja 2, Samarintie 8, Kustaanmäki 2 Kiiteistöt Alue 2 (8 kpl): Soukanahde 6, Hyljelahdentie 14, Rullaniementie 4, Norppatie 6, Kuuttikuja 1, Matinkatu 7, Eestinlaakso 14, Takojantie 4 Urakoitsija voi tarjota rakennusautomaatiosaneeraustöitä joko yhdelle alueelle tai molemmille alueille. Alueiden tarjoukset arvioidaan aluekohtaisesti. Molemmille alueille valitaan yksi urakoitsija. Sama urakoitsija voi voittaa molempien alueiden urakat. Valintaperusteet: Alueittain kokonaisurakkahinnaltaan halvimman tarjouksen jättänyt urakoitsija valitaan kyseisen alueen urakan toteuttajaksi. Urakoisijan tulee tutustua kohteisiin ennen tarjouksen jättämistä. Tutustuminen tulee sopia huoltoyhtiön kanssa.
