Description

Hanke käsittää Espoon Olarissa osoitteessa Ilmakuja 2 Espoo sijaitsevan asuinkerrostalon peruskorjauksen. Rakennushankkeessa peruskorjataan laajasti kiinteistön kaksi vuonna 1979 rakennettua asuinkerrostaloa, kolme kerroksinen asuinkerrostalo sekä neljä kerroksinen asuinkerrostalo maanpäällisellä kellarikerroksella. Myös osa tontin piha-alueesta kunnostetaan. Työt käsittävät kaikki tavanomaiseen peruskorjaukseen kohdentuvat rakennustyöt. Rakennustyö sisältää maanrakennus-, piha-, julkisivu-, hissi-, vesikattotöitä ja sisärakennus- ja talotekniikkatöitä. Huoneistot ja liiketilat tyhjennetään peruskorjausta varten. Asukkaat muuttavat pois 7.1.2025 mennessä, joten työt voivat alkaa aikaisintaan 8.1.2025. Rakennushankkeen suunnittelijat, suunnittelun jakautuminen, sijainti ja tarkemmat paljoustiedot on esitetty urakkaohjelmassa. Rakennuttaja pyrkii siihen, että urakkasopimukset voidaan tehdä mahdollisimman pian urakkakilpailun päättymisestä ja rakennustyöt alkaisivat tammikuussa 2025 edellyttäen kuitenkin, että Espoon Asunnot Oy:n hallitus on hyväksynyt hankkeen, tehdystä hankintapäätöksestä ei valiteta.
