Description

Urakka on kokonaishintaperusteinen kokonaisurakka (KU). Urakkaan kuuluu ”Vt 3 ja vt 19 liittymäjärjestelyiden parantaminen Jalasjärvellä Kurikassa; KU rakentaminen siinä laajuudessa kuin se suunnitelma-asiakirjoissa on määritelty kaikkine tiejärjestelyineen, varusteineen ja laitteineen siinä laajuudessa kuin tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa asiakirjoissa on määritelty. Urakkaan kuuluu töiden osalta rakentamisen toteuttaminen sopimusasiakirjojen vaatimukset täyttäen siten, että se myös tekniseltä toimivuudeltaan vastaa sille sopimusasiakirjoissa asetettuja vaatimuksia. Urakkaan kuuluu myös tiedotus-, raportointi- sekä takuuaikaisia hoito- ja raportointitöitä ja päätoteuttajan rooliin kuuluvia yhteensovittamisvelvoitteita tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakkaan kuuluu työt siinä laajuudessa, kuin ne on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevissa asiakirjoissa määritelty kaikkine tiejärjestelyineen, varusteineen ja laitteineen. Urakoitsijan tulee suorittaa kaikki ne työt ja niihin liittyvät hankinnat, jotka asiakirjojen mukaisen työsuorituksen valmiiksi saattaminen edellyttää ja joista ei nimenomaan asiakirjoissa mainita, etteivät ne kuulu urakoitsijan suoritusvelvollisuuteen.
