Description

Rakennuskohde sijaitsee Munkkiniemessä ja Munkkivuoressa. Munkkiniemestä lähtevä sekavesiviemäri eriytetään jätevesiviemäriksi ja hulevesiviemäriksi. Viemäreiden osalta toteutetaan Valtatie 1 alituksen kaivamattomilla menetelmillä. Urakkaan sisältyy myös vesijohtojen uusimista. Munkkiniemessä vesihuoltoa saneerataan puiston lisäksi Perustiellä ja Perustien sivulinjalla. Munkkivuoressa vesihuoltoa saneerataan puiston lisäksi Mesenaatinkujalla Kielosaarenpuistossa. Työ toteutetaan pääosin aukikaivumenetelmin. Valtatien 1 kohdalla hulevesiviemäri ja jätevesiviemäri alitusporataan/tunkataan. Putket rakennetaan pääosin paalulaatalle. Paalulaattaa rakennetaan arviolta 5900m2tr. Teräsbetonipaaluja rakennetaan arviolta 13633 mtr ja teräsputkipaaluja 4350 mtr. Vesijohtojen materiaalit, koot ja arviot määrästä -Valurauta DN100 noin 280m -Muoviputki DN65 noin 25m. Hulevesiviemäreiden materiaalit, koot ja arviot määrästä: -Betoni 1400mm noin 470m -Betoni 1200mm noin 235m -Betoni 500mm noin 529m -Betoni 400mm noin 60m -Betoni 300mm noin 220m -Muovi 560mm noin 105m -Muovi 400mm noin 55m -Muovi 250mm noin 60m Jätevesiviemäreiden materiaalit, koot ja arviot määrästä: -Betoni 1400mm noin 60m -Betoni 1200mm noin 430m -Betoni 1000mm noin 300m -Betoni 400mm noin 75m -Betoni Qmax 500/750 noin 250m -Muovi 400mm noin 270m -Muovi 315mm noin 85m -Muovi 250mm noin 85 Sukkasujutus 1500B viemärille noin 340m.
