Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin Pohde) pyytää tarjoustanne Tonometreistä tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnassa on mukana Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen lisäksi Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Soite). Sopimuksen kesto tulee olemaan yhteensä 4 vuotta (2 vuotta + 1 + 1 vuoden optiot) Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden Toimittajan hinnan perusteella. Tarvittava ja riittävä laatu varmistetaan pakottavilla vaatimuksilla. Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kaikkiin osa-alueen kohteisiin päästäkseen tarjousvertailuun.
