Description

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy kilpailuttaa tekoniveljärjestelmät Coxa Oy:n ja Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen toimeksiannosta. Osista 1-9 tehdään hankintasopimus toimittajan ja Coxa Oy:n välillä. Murtumahoidossa käytettävä lonkkatekonivel tulee myös Tays:n käyttöön, joten tarjouspyynnön osasta 9 tehdään sopimus myös toimittajan ja Tuomi Logistiikan välillä. Hankintapäätöksen tekee Coxa Oy kaikkien tilaajien puolesta. Sopimus on voimassa 24 kuukautta, jonka jälkeen sitä on mahdollista jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana optiona. Sopimus tullaan kilpailuttamaan uudelleen arviolta noin viiden vuoden kuluttua sopimuskauden alkamisesta. Sopimuksen arvioitu alkamisajankohta on Q2-2027. Sopimuksen arvioitu kokonaisarvo on laskettu viidelle vuodelle. Tähän hankintaan sovelletaan Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetusta (EU) 2022/1031 (IPI- asetus) ja Komission täytäntöönpanoasetusta (EU) 2025/1197 (IPI-toimenpide), jolla rajoitetaan kiinalaisten tarjoajien osallistumista lääkinnällisiä laitteita koskeviin hankintoihin, joiden ennakoitu arvo on vähintään 5 miljoonaa euroa. Kiinasta peräisin olevia lääkinnällisiä laitteita voi sisältyä muiden toimittajien tarjouksiin enintään 50 prosenttia sopimuksen kokonaisarvosta.
