Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen (myöhemmin Pohde) Konsernipalvelujen hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjoustanne potilaspöydistä tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen lisäksi hankinnassa on mukana Lapin hyvinvointialue (Lapha). Potilaspöytien sopimuskausi on voimassa kaksi vuotta ja sen jälkeen mahdolliset optiot yksi + yksi vuotta. Lisävarusteiden, varaosien ja kulutustarvikkeiden sopimuskausi on määräaikainen kaksi vuotta ja sen jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioituja kulutusmääriä 48 kk ajalle laskettuna ja ne ilmoitetaan tarjoajille ainoastaan tarjouksen tekemisen tueksi. Hankintasopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta, vaan todellinen kulutus voi olla suurempi tai pienempi.
