Sansia Oy perustaa omistaja-asiakkailleen dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän, jonka kohteena ovat leikkaustasot, tutkimuspöydät- ja tuolit sekä muut irtaimet sairaalakalusteet, esimerkiksi sairaalavaunut, potilaspöydät, instrumenttivaunut, säkkitelineet sekä nesteenantotelineet. Hankinta ei sisällä sairaalasänkyjä. Tätä dynaamista hankintajärjestelmää voivat hyödyntää Kaikki Sansian omistaja-asiakkaat tekemällä meille toimeksiannon tai vastaamalla mahdolliseen osallistumiskyselyyn Tilaajaportaalissa. Järjestelmän sisäiset kilpailutukset tehdään tilaajien tarpeiden mukaisina kokonaisuuksina joko yhteis- tai erillishankintoina. Hankinnan valmistelee tilaajiksi ilmoittautuneista organisaatioista muodostettava työryhmä yhdessä Sansian kanssa. Sansia Oy hyväksyy järjestelmään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet hakijat, jotka täyttävät tarjoajille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. Hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä päättyy 31.12.2035. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän perustamisvaiheessa osallistumishakemuksen jättämiselle on varattu vähintään 30 päivää siitä päivästä, jona hankintailmoitus on lähetetty julkaistavaksi. Perustamisvaiheen aikana ei voida tehdä dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisiä kilpailutuksia. Hankintavaiheeseen siirrytään loppuvuonna 2025 ja ensimmäiset hankinnat on suunniteltu toteutettavaksi vuonna 2026. Järjestelmään voi hakeutua toimittajaksi koko järjestelmän voimassaoloajan. Järjestelmään hakeutuminen ei tarkoita suoraan osallistumista kilpailutettaviin hankintoihin, vaan tarjoajan tulee hyväksymisen jälkeen erikseen jättää tarjous avattaviin kilpailutuksiin. Hankintasopimuskohtaiset vaatimukset, kuvaukset ja muut asiakirjat ovat nähtävillä kilpailutuksen avaushetkellä dynaamiseen järjestelmään hyväksytyille toimijoille. Voimassa oleviin sopimuksiin eli jo kilpailutettuihin hankintoihin ei voi jättää tarjousta ennen kuin kilpailutus avataan uudelleen.
