Description

HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia Ultra-Pro II yhteensopivista neulanohjainseteistä. Tämä on jatkokilpailutus Biopsiatarvikkeet (HUS 394-2024) kilpailutukselle. Hankittavat tuotteet on tarkemmin kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Tarjouslomake. Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös tarjottuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisätuotteet kuten lisäkoot ja -tarvikkeet, joita voi tarjota lisätarjouslomakkeella. Sopimuskaudella voidaan lisäksi hankkia hankinnan ennakoidun arvon mukaisesti sopimuksen kohteena oleviin tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita, joita ei ole yksilöity tuoteliitteessä (ks. sopimusluonnos). Varsinainen sopimuskausi on kestoltaan kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka jälkeen on hankintayksikkö voi ottaa käyttöön kaksi yhden vuoden mittaista optiokautta (+1+1). Varsinainen sopimuskausi (2 vuotta) ajoitetaan päättymään saman aikaisesti pääkisan (HUS 394-2024) kanssa, vaikka jatkokilpailutuksen sopimus ei ehtisi alkaa samaan aikaan pääkisan sopimusten kanssa. Kyseessä on useamman hankintayksikön yhteishankinta, joka toteutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue, Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue, Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue, Helsingin kaupunki, Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, sekä Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue. Ks. tarkemmat tiedot tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 Sopimusluonnos. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0 %) on yhteensä noin 75 000 euroa (laskettuna neljälle vuodelle). Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin ja tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin, toteutuneisiin kulutusmääriin. Lopulliset tilausmäärät voivat olla ilmoitettua suurempia tai pienempiä. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
