Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksensa pelkästään toiselle osa-alueelle tai kummallekin osa-alueelle. Osa-alue 1: Rovaniemi Osa-alue 2: Kemi/Tornio Palvelujen hankinta toteutetaan hankintayksikön ja useiden palveluntuottajien välisinä puitejärjestelyinä, joissa vahvistetaan kaikki hankintaa koskevat ehdot. Puitejärjestelyiden ehdot määräytyvät tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen perusteella.
