Hankinnan kohteena ovat lähivastaanottona toteutettavat yleislääkärin ja työterveyslääkärin ostopalvelut Lappican toimipisteillä 1.1.2027 alkaen. Ostopalvelun hankinnan osa-alueet ovat: Osa-alue 1: Rovaniemi. Resurssitarve 1,0 yleislääkäri, 1,0 työterveyslääkäri. Osa-alue 2: Kemijärvi. Resurssitarve 0,5 työterveyslääkäri. Osa-alue 3: Kemi. Resurssitarve 1,0 yleislääkäri. Osa-alue 4: Tornio. Resurssitarve 0,5 työterveyslääkäri. Osa-alue 5: Sodankylä. Resurssitarve 0,5 työterveyslääkäri. Osa-alue 6: Kittilä. Resurssitarve 0,5 työterveyslääkäri. Kuhunkin osa-alueeseen kuuluvat tarkemmat toimipisteet ja työpanoksen suuntautuminen on ilmoitettu Hintalomakkeella (liite 4). Resurssia (1,0 tai 0,5 htv) ei voi jakaa useammalle kuin yhdelle lääkärille. Yksi lääkäri voi hoitaa kahta eri osa-alueella olevaa 0,5 htv resurssia. Toimittajan valintaperusteena kuhunkin palveluun on halvin hinta per vastaanottotunti (60 min, alv 0 %). Sopimus tehdään edullisimman hankintakriteerit täyttävän tarjoajan kanssa per palvelu. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena yhden (1) vuoden. Sopimuskauden arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 1.1.2027. Sopimuskauden jälkeen sopimus voi jatkua yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiolla. Option käyttömahdollisuudesta sovitaan erikseen Tilaajan toimesta vähintään neljä (4) kuukautta ennen mahdollisen option käyttöönottoa 31.8.2027 mennessä. Optiosta sovitaan kunkin sopimuskumppanin kanssa erikseen. Optiossa on kyse Tilaajan oikeudesta, ei velvollisuudesta. Määräaikainen sopimuskausi päättyy ilman erillistä irtisanomista, mikäli Tilaaja ei ilmoita optiokauden käyttöönotosta. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta Tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta tai Palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa palvelua.
