TIETOPYYNNÖN KOHDE Ylen hakee mediateknologian ylläpito- ja kehityspalveluiden puitejärjestelyllä luotettavia kumppaneita, jotka voivat toimittaa Ylen tuotantoympäristöjen ylläpito- ja kehityspalveluita kustannustehokkaasti ja varmistaen hankittavien palveluiden saatavuuden sekä toimintavarmuuden sopimuskaudella. Palvelut tulevat sisältämään muun muassa: - Medialaitteiden, -järjestelmien ja sovellusten teknisen ylläpidon - Virheiden ja häiriöiden selvityksen ja korjaamisen - Muutostyöt ja jatkokehityksen - Järjestelmärajapintojen ja konfiguraatioiden kehittämisen ja ylläpidon - Suorituskykyyn, tietoturvaan ja käytettävyyteen liittyvät toimenpiteet - Asiantuntija- ja asennuspalvelut Ylen teknologiaratkaisuihin liittyen - Teknisten ratkaisujen ja työnkulkujen kehityksen Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisemmin tietopyynnön liitteessä 1 (Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus), liite 1 on salassa pidettävä. Tietopyyntöön osallistujien tulee allekirjoittaa tietopyynnön liitteenä oleva salassapitositoumus saadakseen tietopyynnön liitteen 1. Pyydämme huomioimaan että liite 1 toimitetaan vain salassapitositoumusta vastaan ja tietopyynnön vastausten laatimiseksi. Lähettäkää allekirjoitettu salassapitositoumus osoitteeseen tarjoukset.yle@yle.fi ja merkitkää viestin otsikoksi "Salassapitositoumus - yrityksenne nimi - YLE20260023".
