Description

Tämän kilpailutuksen perusteella on tarkoitus valita 12 sopimusurakoitsijaa Espoon Asuntojen kiinteistöjen asuntojen korjaustöitä tekemään. Korjaukset tehdään tarjouksissa annettavilla yksikköhinnoilla. Sopimuksen velvoitteet tulevat voimaan, kun molemmat osapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen. Espoon Asunnot voi jakaa sopimukset alueellisesti Espoon alueella, jotta kumppanien logistiikka helpottuu. Sopimukset eivät takaa tilausmääriä vaan Espoon Asunnot tilaa tarpeen mukaan kokonaisedullisuuteen perustuen eri kumppaneilta. Espoon Asunnot hylkää tarjoukset, joissa mikä tahansa annettu hinta on halvempi kuin määritelty minimihinta. Samasta konsernista voi jättää vain yhden tarjouksen. Sopimus on 2 vuoden puitesopimus ja sisältää optiot 1+1 jatkovuosille. Jatkovuosien käytöstä päättää hankintayksikkö sopimuskohtaisesti.
