Hankinnan kohteena olivat Liperin kunnan henkilökunnan hyvän työterveyshuoltokäytännön mukaisten kaikkien lakisääteisten ennaltaehkäisevien työterveyshuoltopalvelujen (Kelan korvausluokka 1) ja tarjouspyynnössä määriteltyjen hyvän työterveyshuoltokäytännön mukaisten työterveyspainotteisten yleislääkäritasoisten sairaanhoidon palvelujen (Kelan korvausluokka 2) sekä muiden tarjouspyynnössä määriteltyjen palvelujen (ks. Hankinnan taustaa, otsikko "Hankittavat työterveyspalvelut") tuottamisesta sopimuskaudelle 1.4.2024 - 31.3.2026 + toistaiseksi voimassa oleva sopimus (kts. Sopimusmenettely). Kyseessä on hankintalain liitteessä E tarkoitettu sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluhankinta. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
