KYSEESSÄ ON JÄLKI-IMOITUS, EI HANKINTAILMOITUS. Hankintayksikkö pyysi tarjoustanne tietokoneista ja niihin liittyvistä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena oli: Hankittavien tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1. Hankintayksikkö valitsee sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan ja tekee voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa hankintasopimuksen. Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää hankintasopimuksen ehtojen huomioon ottamista ja hyväksymistä. Malli hankintasopimuksesta on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Hankinnan arvioitu laajuus on 1 950 000 euroa. Sopimuskausi on 8/2026-31.12.2026 Sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan molempien sopijapuolten allekirjoitettua hankintasopimuksen. Sopimuskautta voidaan pidentää yhdellä enintään yhden (1) kuuden (6) kuukauden pituisella optiokaudella. Asiakas ilmoittaa Toimittajalle optiokauden mahdollisesta käyttämisestä viimeistään kaksi (2) kuukautta ennen laitetilausten sopimuskauden päättymistä. Option käyttö lisää sopimuskautta sekä huoltopalveluiden kestoa käytettävän option kestolla. Hankintasopimus tehdään tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevan mallin mukaisesti.
