Finland - Architectural, engineering and design services - Framework arrangement for electrical design

The University of Helsinki is procuring electrical design services for small renovation and alteration works of university buildings. The procurement covers electrical design tasks to be performed in separately specified building projects within the University of Helsinki group (University of Helsinki, its foundations, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistot Oy, KOy Biomedicum Helsinki and their property companies and subsidiaries) during the framework agreement period. Based on participation requests, 5 to 10 companies will be invited to tender, and a framework agreement will be concluded with 3 to 8 providers. Orders below the national threshold are placed at the buyer's discretion, while orders above it are subject to mini-competitions among framework partners.
