Pohjoisen Keski-Suomen työllisyysalue pyytää tarjouksia tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden ja HILMA-ilmoituskanavassa julkaistun hankintailmoituksen työvoimapalveluiden järjestämislain (380/2023) luvun 7 mukaisista työvoimakoulutuksista, joiden olisi tarkoitus alkaa arviolta loppuvuonna 2026. Tarjouspyyntö ja sen liitteet ovat kaikilta osin tarjoajaa sitovia. Hankinta toteutetaan puitejärjestelynä. Puitejärjestelyyn valitaan osa-alueittain enintään yksi palveluntuottaja. Puitejärjestelyyn valinta oikeuttaa palveluntuottajan vastaanottamaan tilaajan tekemiä koulutustilauksia sopimuskauden aikana, mutta ei anna palveluntuottajalle oikeutta ennalta määrättyyn koulutusmäärään tai hankinnan arvoon. Hankinta koostuu kahdesta (2) pääteemasta, jotka kilpailutetaan tarjouspyynnössä erillisenä osakokonaisuutena. Nämä pääteemat ovat: - Kone- ja tuotantotekniikka - Prosessiteollisuus Hankinnan määrä on yhteensä 2500 opiskelijatyöpäivää (otp) sopimuskaudella. Koulutuksesta maksetaan toteutuneiden opiskelijatyöpäivien mukaan. Hankinta sisältää myös tulospalkkion. Hankinnan arvioitu sopimusaika on 1.12.2026 - 31.12.2027. Hankintaan liittyy optiomahdollisuus kahteen (2) yhden (1) vuoden pituisiin sopimuskausiin kolmen (3) vuoden kulussa alkuperäisen hankintasopimuksen laatimisesta. Option käyttöönotosta päättää tilaaja. Option käyttöönotosta ilmoitetaan palveluntuottajalle viimeistään kolme kuukautta ennen optiokauden alkua. Hankinnassa voidaan sopia tarvittaessa lisäostosta, joka on enintään 50 % alkuperäisen hankinnan arvosta. Lisäostoa voidaan käyttää kullakin sopimuskaudella opiskelijatyöpäivä määrien ylityksiin tai sopimuskaudella alkaneiden koulutusten jatko-osuuksiin (ns. hännät). Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa palvelukuvauksessa on tarkemmat tiedot palvelun sisällöstä. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eivätkä ne muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta. Palvelun siirtyminen, peruuntuminen tai hankkimatta jättäminen ei aiheuta hankintayksikölle korvausvelvollisuutta. Osa-alueeseen liittyvät tarkemmat tiedot käyvät ilmi palvelukuvauksesta (LIITE 1).
