Provision of a three-year subscription renewal for SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced (AE500), providing network infrastructure monitoring, alerting and performance management for COPFS.
The SolarWinds application is a service used to monitor and alert status on critical network infrastructure. This application allows ISD to identify potential problems or capacity issues on the COPFS network infrastructure, allowing preventative, rather than reactive support of the network infrastructure.
