Predmetom verejného obstarávania je výber dodávateľa/dodávateľov na poskytnutie predmetu zákazky verejnému obstarávateľovi Nitriansky samosprávny kraj, Rázusova 2A, 949 01 Nitra, po dobu trvania zmluvného vzťahu poistné služby v nasledovnom rozsahu: I. poistenie majetku Nitrianskeho samosprávneho kraja a organizácií v jeho zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti, poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu právnických osôb a poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu štatutárneho zástupcu Nitrianskeho samosprávneho kraja, II. poistenie motorových vozidiel, ktorých vlastníkom, držiteľom alebo správcom je Nitriansky samosprávny kraj alebo organizácie v jeho zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti pre havarijné poistenie, poistenie osôb prepravovaných v motorovom vozidle a poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú prevádzkou motorového vozidla.
