Description

Predmetom zákazky je Poistenie majetku a zodpovednosti za škodu, bližšia špecifikácia tvorí prílohu č. 1 súťažných podkladov. Obstarávateľ rozdelil predmet zákazky na 6 kategórií. Každá kategória tvorí samostatnú časť zákazky. Časť 1 (kategória č. 1) - poistenie majetku Časť 2 (kategória č. 2) - poistenie všeobecnej zodpovednosti Časť 3 (kategória č. 3) - zodpovednosť za environmentálnu škodu Časť 4 (kategória č. 4) - zodpovednosť D&O Časť 5 (kategória č. 5) - poistenie informačných rizík GDPR Časť 6 (obsahuje riziká kategórií 1 až 5) - poistenie na celý poistný program (na všetky riziká) Zákazka je rozdelená na 6 častí. Uchádzač môže predložiť ponuku na časť 1 až časť 5. V prípade, ak bude predkladať ponuku na časť 6 (na všetky riziká uvedené v kategóriách 1 až 5) je povinný predložiť samostatné ponuky aj na časti 1 až 5. Obstarávateľ si vyhradzuje právo neprijať ani jednu ponuku a neuzavrieť Zmluvu so žiadnym uchádzačom v prípade, že celkové ceny (bez DPH) uvádzané v ponukách presiahnu obstarávateľom stanovenú predpokladanú hodnotu zákazky ako celok alebo pre jednotlivé časti. Obstarávateľ upozorňuje záujemcov, že v zmysle § 22 ods. 4 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní bez nadobudnutia účinnosti Zmluvy o NDA (medzi oprávneným záujemcom a Obstarávateľom), nesprístupní pripravené Správy o rizikách. Podrobnosti sú uvedené v tomto oznámení (doplňujúcich informáciách ako aj v súťažných podkladoch. Poistné navrhnuté uchádzačom musí byť predložené bez dane z poistenia podľa zákona č. 213/2018 Z.z. . Daň z poistenia bude v zmysle Poistnej zmluvy (bod 4.1 a nasl.) samostatne vyčíslená na faktúre s predpísaným poistným.
