Predmetom obstarávania je poskytnutie poisťovacích služieb na roky 2027 - 2030 ( časť 1: Poistenie majetku a poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu; časť 2: Poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú prevádzkou motorových vozidiel; časť 3: Havarijné poistenie motorových vozidiel; časť 4: Povinné zmluvné poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú v súvislosti s poskytovaním zdravotnej starostlivosti pre nemocnice). Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky je definovaný v súťažných podkladoch. Uchádzač môže predložiť svoju ponuku na jednu alebo na viac častí zákazky. Predmetom zákazky je poistenie majetku (na komplexné živelné riziko, poistenie pre prípad odcudzenia veci, poistenie strojov, strojových zariadení a elektroniky a poistenie pre prípad poškodenia alebo zničenia skla) a poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu Trenčianskeho samosprávneho kraja (TSK) a organizácii v jeho zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti (podľa prílohy č. 1 súťažných podkladov) na obdobie 4 rokov od 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2030.; Predmetom poistenia je povinné zmluvné poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú prevádzkou motorového vozidla - súboru vozidiel, ktorých vlastníkom a držiteľom je Trenčiansky samosprávny kraj a subjekty v jeho zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti.; Predmetom poistenia je havarijné poistenie súboru motorových vozidiel, ktorých vlastníkom a držiteľom je Trenčiansky samosprávny kraj a subjekty v jeho zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti.; Predmetom zákazky je Povinne zmluvné poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú v súvislosti s poskytovaním zdravotnej starostlivosti na obdobie 4 rokov od 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2030.
