Das Verpflegungsangebot umfasst Mensen, Restaurant, Cafeteria, Kaffeebars, Self-Checkout-Outlets, Verpflegungsautomaten und Catering für Anlässe. Diese Ausschreibung enthält zwei Lose: * Los 1 - Campus A-C * Los 2 - Campus D, Weiterbildungszentrum Holzweid (WBZ) Dieser Auftrag umfasst den Betrieb des Gastronomie-Angebotes an den Campus-Teilen A-C der Universität St.Gallen (HSG) mit Betriebsstart am 01. August 2027. Dies beinhaltet eine grosse Mensa mit Cafeteria, einer kleineren Mensa, zwei bis drei Kaffeebars, zwei bis drei Self-Checkout-Outlets, Verpflegungsautomaten und Catering für Anlässe.
