Allgemeine Betriebsleistung und Engineering Tätigkeiten in den SCOM-Plattformen und dem zugehörigen Monitoringumfeld. Lifecycle und Migration auf neue SCOMPlattformen. Entwicklung mit Konzept und Einführung von neuen Management Packs.; Unterstützungsleistungen Operator und Data Scientist. Aufbau und Betrieb des technischen Service Monitoring. Unterstützung im Betrieb und Engineering von weiteren Monitoringumgebungen.; Betrieb- und Engineeringleistungen und Aufgaben in der Splunk Plattform (inkl. ITSI) und dem zugehörigen Datenintegration, Verarbeitungs- und Monitoringumfeldes. Integration, Migration, Engineering und Betriebstätigkeiten im Bereich Splunk SIEM und SOAR.
