Mit dem vorliegenden Beschaffungsvorhaben werden Anbieter gesucht, die für das ISC-EJPD Dienstleistungen im Management komplexer IKT-Projekte resp. -Programme erbringen. Gesucht werden pro Los 5 Anbieter. Vom Q1.2026 - bis längstens Q4.2033 sollen für das Los 1 CHF 25.2 Mio., für das Los 2 CHF 15.75 Mio. und für das Los 3 CHF 40 Mio. optionale Leistungen im Abrufverfahren bezogen werden. Die Unterstützung erfolgt in Form von Aufträgen und, wo sinnvoll, im werkvertraglichen Verhältnis. Die Bewertungen und Zuschläge werden pro Los vorgenommen. Scrum Master sind dafür verantwortlich, die agile Methodik zu fördern und zu unterstützen. Sie tun dies, indem sie allen Beteiligten helfen, die agilen Werte und Methoden zu verstehen. Der Scrum Master fokussiert sich auf die Verbesserung der Teamproduktivität, konkret der Zusammenarbeit, Qualität und Prozesse, hält sich jedoch aus der inhaltlichen Produktgestaltung heraus oder kommuniziert dies fallbezogen klar. Die Rolle Scrum Master ist ein Servant Leader für das Entwicklungsteam und unterstützt die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit von Stakeholdern mit dem Team. Auch dadurch gewährleisten Scrum Master die Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit, so dass der durch das Team generierte Wert maximiert wird.
