Description

Mit dem vorliegenden Beschaffungsvorhaben werden Anbieter gesucht, die für das ISC-EJPD Dienstleistungen im Management komplexer IKT-Projekte resp. -Programme erbringen. Gesucht werden pro Los 5 Anbieter. Vom Q1.2026 - bis längstens Q4.2033 sollen für das Los 1 CHF 25.2 Mio., für das Los 2 CHF 15.75 Mio. und für das Los 3 CHF 40 Mio. optionale Leistungen im Abrufverfahren bezogen werden. Die Unterstützung erfolgt in Form von Aufträgen und, wo sinnvoll, im werkvertraglichen Verhältnis. Die Bewertungen und Zuschläge werden pro Los vorgenommen. Der Programm-Manager plant, initiiert und leitet ein Programm (Menge von mehreren zusammengehörenden Projekten mit gleichem oder ähnlichem Ziel) unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensstrategie. Dazu priorisiert und koordiniert er einzelne Projekte und deren Interdependenzen innerhalb des Programms. Er stellt den nachhaltigen und wertschöpfenden Einsatz der freigegebenen personellen und finanziellen Mittel sicher.
