Description

Mit dem vorliegenden Beschaffungsvorhaben werden Anbieter gesucht, die für das ISC-EJPD Dienstleistungen im Management komplexer IKT-Projekte resp. -Programme erbringen. Gesucht werden pro Los 5 Anbieter. Vom Q1.2026 - bis längstens Q4.2033 sollen für das Los 1 CHF 25.2 Mio., für das Los 2 CHF 15.75 Mio. und für das Los 3 CHF 40 Mio. optionale Leistungen im Abrufverfahren bezogen werden. Die Unterstützung erfolgt in Form von Aufträgen und, wo sinnvoll, im werkvertraglichen Verhältnis. Die Bewertungen und Zuschläge werden pro Los vorgenommen. Der Projektleiter führt IT-Teilprojekte im Auftrag des Auftraggebers und verantwortet die effiziente Durchführung auch unter wandelnden Rahmenbedingungen und organisatorischen Veränderungen. Dies umfasst die Planung und Führung von IT-Projekten unterschiedlicher Grösse und Komplexität in methodischer, organisatorischer, personeller, finanzieller und fachlicher Hinsicht. Dazu übernimmt der Projektleiter die notwendigen Planungs-, Steuerungs-, Koordinations-, sowie Kommunikationsaufgaben und nimmt die Projektleiterfunktion in einem agilen Setup, bspw. einem Value Stream analog der entsprechenden Rolle wahr. Er erkennt Erwartungen und Zielkonflikte und löst diese produktiv, positiv und klar.
