Description

Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sucht die ETH Zürich gemäss Beschreibung im Pflichtenheft externe Projektunterstützung für das Projekt «Optimierung des Controllings in der Verwaltung». Ziel des Projektes ist es, die Controlling-Organisation in den Bereichen Effizienz, Transparenz, Governance und Entscheidungsfindung weiter zu stärken und zu verbessern. In der Designphase sollen notwendige Prozess- und Tooloptimierungen identifiziert werden, um zentrale Controlling-Bausteine effizienter und wirkungsvoller auszugestalten. Weiterhin soll ein Modell zur Fachführung der dezentralen Controlling-Organisation mit entsprechender Governance-Struktur entwickelt werden. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Unterstützung in der Designphase sowie eine Option auf die anschliessende Implementierungsphase, in der die erarbeiteten Massnahmen umgesetzt werden sollen.
