Obiectul contractului de achiziție publică îl reprezintă ”Achiziționarea de troleibuze articulate pentru îmbunătățirea și extinderea capacității transportului public de călători în Municipiul București” - cod SMIS 351096, în cadrul Programului Regional București Ilfov 2021-2027, prioritatea 4 - O regiune cu mobilitate urbană multimodală durabilă, Obiectivul Specific ”Promovarea mobilității urbane multimodale durabile, ca parte a tranziției către o economie cu zero emisii de dioxid de carbon” - Apel P4/4.1/4.2/2025 -Apel dedicat transportului public curat. Proiectul prevede achizitia a 100 troleibuze articulate cu autonomie, conform cerințelor din documentația de atribuire. Termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de maxim 20 de zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă menționează că va răspunde la solicitările de clarificări adresate de către operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit în Anunțul de participare. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
