Description

Contractul ce urmează a fi atribuit are ca obiect delegarea gestiunii activității de colectare separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor menajere și al deșeurilor similare provenind din activități comerciale din industrie și instituții, inclusiv fracții colectate separat în U.A.T. Medgidia. Localitățile componente ale U.A.T. Medgidia sunt urmatoarele: Municipiul Medgidia, Sat Valea Dacilor, Sat Remus Opreanu. Durata contractului este de 12 de luni de semnarea de către ambele parți. Operatorul economic va respecta pe tot parcursul derularii contractului de delegare, toate clauzele contractuale, precum și toate solicitările impuse de autoritatea contractantă prin documentația de atribuire. Solicitările de clarificări se pot transmite până în a 15-a zi anterior termenului limită de depunere a ofertelor, răspunsurile la solicitările de clarificări urmând a se publica cu 8 zile înainte de depunerea ofertelor. Se va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorul economic până la termenul limită stabilit. Operatorul serviciului de salubrizare va trebui să presteze activitățile de colectarea separată şi transportul separat al deşeurilor menajere şi al deşeurilor similare provenind din activităţi comerciale din industrie şi instituţii, precum și de la persoane fizice, inclusiv fracţii colectate separate, care vor cuprinde: - colectarea si transportul deşeurilor reziduale; - colectarea și transportul deșeurilor reciclabile; - colectarea și transportul deșeurilor biodegradabile. Cantitatea estimată pentru 1 an de operare de deșeuri menajere care urmează a fi colectată din UAT Medgidia este de 13.740 tone, din care: - 12.600 tone deșeuri reziduale ce vor fi colectate separat și vor fi transportate la instalația TMB; - 540 tone deșeuri reciclabile ce vor fi colectate separat și vor fi transportate la stația de sortare; - 600 tone deșeuri verzi-biodegradabile ce vor fi colectate separat și vor fi transportate la instalația de compostare. Totodată: - din cantitatea totală estimată de deșeuri menajere, 1.440 tone reprezintă deșeuri depozitate in locuri nepermise ce vor fi colectate separat și vor fi transportate la instalația TMB. - din cantitatea estimată de deșeuri menajere reziduale, 24 tone reprezintă deșeuri textile ce vor fi colectate separat, vor fi transportate în vederea tratarii. În vederea prestării activităților menționat emai sus, operatorul de salubrizare trebuie să îndeplinească toate cerințele din documentația de atribuire.
