Prin Sentința Civilă nr. 3564 a Tribunalului București - Secția a II-A de Contencios Administrativ și Fiscal, din data de 08.04.2025, în sarcina Agenției Naționale pentru Mediu și Arii Protejate (ANMAP) s-a stabilit obligația de a asigura preluarea de pe amplasamentul aparținând unui operator privat situat în Câmpulung Muscel, strada Traian nr. 223, „Parcul Industrial Câmpulung Park”, județul Argeș, a unei cantități de 1.572,31 tone de deșeuri (conform tabelului anexat prezentului caiet de sarcini - ANEXA 1). La data elaborării documentației de atribuire, deșeurile existente pe amplasament nu sunt inventariate în mod complet și corespunzător din punctul de vedere al proprietăților de periculozitate, stării fizice și modului de ambalare/depozitare. Cantitatea de 1.572,31 tone și informațiile privind categoriile/codurile de deșeuri prevăzute în ANEXA 1 reprezintă datele de referință rezultate din documentele aflate la dispoziția Autorității contractante și care au stat la baza obligației stabilite prin hotărârea judecătorească. Aceste informații nu reprezintă o inventariere și caracterizare tehnică actualizată a deșeurilor existente pe amplasament la data inițierii procedurii.
