Consiliul Județean Brașov implementează contractele de finanțare ” PT + Execuție - Modernizare drum interjudețean DJ 105A și DJ 104D - format din DJ 105A km 53+000-81+600 și DJ 104D km 1+960-27+400 - LOT II - DJ104D -km ex.DJ 104D - km ex.1+960 - km ex.12+045” Contract de finanțare prin Programul Național de Investiții “Anghel Saligny”nr. 2568/19.10.2023 (5/26289/23.10.2023 CJBV) ”PT+Execuție-Modernizare drum interjudețean DJ 105A și DJ 104D-format din DJ 105A km 53+000-81+600 și DJ 104D km 1+960-27+400 - LOT III - DJ 104D - km ex. 12+045 - km ex. 27+400” Contract de finanțare prin Programul Național de Investiții “Anghel Saligny”nr. 2569/19.10.2023 (5/26290/23.10.2023 CJBV) Obiectivul specific al proiectului/ CONTRACTELOR DE PROIECTARE SI EXECUTIE: - Realizarea structurii rutiere a drumului interjudetean DJ 104 D, suprafata carosabil, suprafata acostamente, suprafata drumuri laterale, suprafata trotuare, amenajare alveole statii transport public; - Realizarea scurgerii apelor prin sant pamant, sant trapezoidal pereat, rigola carosabila, sant ramforsat, rigola de acostament; - Realizarea de podete transversale, podete drumuri laterale, podete accese si reabilitare poduri; - Realizarea sigurantei circulatiei prin parapete de protectie, marcaje longitudinale, marcaje transversale, indicatoare stalpi rutieri, benzi rezonatoare si zid de sprijin. Consiliul Județean Brașov a definitivat procedura de achiziție pentru proiectarea si execuția Loturilor II si III mentionate mai sus, astfel ca au fost incheiate Acorduri Contractuale de proiectare si executie pentru ambele loturi. Obiectul prezentei proceduri de achizitie il constituie încheierea contractelor de Servicii de supervizare a executiei și SSM LOT 1 Servicii de supervizare a executiei și SSM ” PT + Execuție - Modernizare drum interjudețean DJ 105A și DJ 104D - format din DJ 105A km 53+000-81+600 și DJ 104D km 1+960-27+400 - LOT II - DJ104D -km ex.DJ 104D - km ex.1+960 - km ex.12+045” LOT 2 Servicii de supervizare a executiei și SSM ”PT+Execuție-Modernizare drum interjudețean DJ 105A și DJ 104D-format din DJ 105A km 53+000-81+600 și DJ 104D km 1+960-27+400 - LOT III - DJ 104D - km ex. 12+045 - km ex. 27+400” Durata de prestare a serviciilor 103 luni, pentru fiecare lot in parte. Pentru ambele loturi, finantarea se face atat din Bugetul Judetului Brasov cat si din fondurile Programului Național de Investiții “Anghel Saligny” Termenul in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este de 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in masura in care aceste solicitari vor fi adresate in termenul prevazut in INSTRUCTIUNILE PENTRU OFERTANTI (fisa de date), respectiv 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
