Autoritatea contractanta doreste sa achizitioneze servicii de paza protectie,monitorizare a sistemelor de alarmare si interventie rapida.Serviciul va fi prestat prin punerea la dispozitia institutiei de catre societati autorizate de personal specializat pt.paza obiectivelor si protectia personalului ori de cate ori este nevoie .Prestatorul va asigura mentinerea in stare de functionare a sistemelor de securitate video si audiio idicate in caietul de sarcini.Trebuie sa dispuna de un dispecerat specializat si avizat conform prevederilor legale pt.monitorizare,alarmare si interventie rapida dupa caz. Autoritatea contactanta îsi rezervă dreptul de a redimensiona cantitatea contractată conf art .221, alin.1, lit.e/ si alin.2 Legea 98/2016. Conform art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, termenul pentru raspuns la clarificari este in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile Cantitatile minime si maxime ce fac obiectul acordului cadru pentru 36 luni. Minim: 302253,12 ore.om. Maxim: 374247,36 ore.om. Cantitati minime si maxime ce pot face obiectul unui contract subsecvent: -minim: 50375,52 ore-om -maxim: 124749,12 ore-om
