Achiziție Medicamente , conform Caietului de sarcini , anexa la caietul de sarcini și Lista Loturi din prezentul anunț.Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare, pana cel tarziu cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor va fi in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Autoritatea contactanta îsi rezervă dreptul de a redimensiona cantitatea contractată conf art .221, alin.1, lit.e/ si alin.2 Legea 98/2016. In cazul in care achizitiile publice centralizate organizate de Ministerul Sanatatii vor fi definitivate in decursul valabilitatii acordului cadru incheiat pentru medicamentele ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri, unitatea contractanta va rezilia contractul acord cadru /contract subsecvent,prin notificare scrisa fara nicio compensatie,urmand ca procedura de achizitie sa se deruleze in conformitate cu noile contracte incheiate de Ministerul Sanatatii. Pentru codurile CPV aferente acestei proceduri, acordul cadru se va incheia la data atribuirii contractului prezentei proceduri iar contractele subsecvente se vor incheia dupa incheierea valabilitatii acordurilor cadru cat si contractelor subsecvente din procedura aflata in derulare .
