Atribuirea unui acord cadru de servicii pentru - Servicii de citire contoare de energie electrica sucursala Bistrita Nasaud Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 20 zile (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor) Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 13-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Atribuirea unui acord cadru de servicii pentru Servicii de citire contoare de energie electrica sucursala Bistrita Nasaud. Potrivit motivatiilor exprimate in documentele intocmite de serviciul de specialitate, documente anexate prezentei, scopul este achizitionarea de Servicii de citire contoare de energie electrica sucursala Bistrita Nasaud. Vor fi declarate câștigătoare ofertele cu punctajul final cel mai mare (primele 3 in clasament). In cazul in care numarul de operatori economici care depun oferte admisibile este mai mic decat trei, acordul cadru se va incheia doar cu acela/acei operatori economici care a/au depus oferte admisibile.
