Servicii cadastrale - Lot 1 și Lot 2 Lotul 1: servicii cadastrale de actualizare cu relevee și primă înregistrare a obiectivelor aferente Magistralelor 1, 3 și 4. Lotul 2: servicii cadastrale de actualizare/rectificare/primă înregistrare a documentațiilor aferente terenului din incinta Depoului Ciurel, Depoului Berceni și stației de metrou Berceni, a terenurilor aflate în concesiunea Metrorex suprapuse cu Primăria Municipiului București. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 20 zile. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Serviciile ce fac obiectul prezentului contract constau în: -Servicii cadastrale de actualizare cu relevee a construcțiilor subterane la OCPI Bucureşti a documentaţiilor terenurilor aferente acceselor în stațiile Magistralei 3 de metrou de la Politehnică la Preciziei (Politehnică, Lujerului, Gorjului, Păcii, Preciziei, tunele și galerii de legătură cu Depoul Militari), Magistralei 1 de metrou Grozăvești și Magistralei 4 de metrou de la Grivița la Străulești (Grivița, 1 Mai, Jiului, Parc Bazilescu, Laminorului, Străulești) cu releveele fiecărei stații subterane și tunelelor/galeriilor de legătură între acestea, -Servicii cadastrale de primă înregistrare pentru stațiile care au mai multe obiective pe același număr cadastral: Grivița (5 obiective la suprateran), 1 Mai (6 obiective la suprateran).; Serviciile ce fac obiectul prezentului contract constau în: - a.1 Servicii cadastrale de actualizare/rectificare a documentației terenului afrent Depoului Ciurel (I.E. 231355 - 37.959 mp) și modificarea suprafeței. - a.2 Servicii cadastrale de primă înregistrare pentru terenul aflat în patrimoniul propriu al Metrorex, care este în acest moment inclus în suprafața de 37.959 mp teren proprietate publică aferent Depoului Ciurel și intabularea dreptului de proprietate și relevee, pentru imobilul situat în București str. Fabricii F.N., aferent construcției Centrul de recuperare medicală (cu staționar) și de instruire profesională pentru salariații metroului P+2 - identificat pe planul cadastral cu indicativul C7. - b.1 Servicii cadastrale de primă înregistrare și relevee pentru terenul și construcția aparținând Depoului Berceni și stației de metrou Berceni, aflat în concesiunea Metrorex, - c.1 Servicii cadastrale de actualizare a documentației Primăriei Municipiului București (I.E. 227530 - 135.075 mp), suprapus cu terenurile aflate în concesiunea Metrorex. - c.2 Servicii cadastrale de primă înregistrare pentru terenurile, aflate în concesiunea Metrorex, suprapuse cu Primăria Municipiului București (Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C1 aeraj, Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C2 aeraj, Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C3 aeraj, Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C5 aeraj, Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C6 aeraj, Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C7 aeraj, Teren Nicolae Grigorescu C8 aeraj, Teren Dristor 1 P2 priză ventilație, Teren Dristor 1 P2 priză ventilație).
