Achiziția se finalizează prin încheierea unui contract de prestari de servicii; Obiectul contractului îl constituie prestarea serviciilor de cadastru necesare pentru identificarea, măsurarea, delimitarea, dezmembrarea (după caz), comasarea și înscrierea în Cartea Funciară a terenurile aferente perdelelor forestiere de protecție a DN 2C, județul Buzău, conform tronsoanelor enumerate, în vederea exproprierii pentru cauză de utilitate publică și intabulării dreptului de proprietate al statului român și a dreptului de administrare al RNP - Romsilva; Valoarea contractului de servicii, la care se va raporta evaluarea ofertelor: - 587030,54 lei, fără TVA (contract unic, fără loturi); Nota: Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile; Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar si compet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificari/informații suplimentare in 11-a zi inainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor; Autoritatea contractanta nu este obligata sa raspunda solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare care nu au fost adresate in termenul stabilit la Sectiunea I.3 din Fisa de date a achizitiei.
