Description

Obiectivul general al acordului cadru este Servicii de plata on-line (tip e-commerce) in vederea desfasurarii activitatilor de comert electronic” in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini si ale legislatiei in domeniu. Anexat Documentatiei de atribuire, se regasesc toate documentele necesare pentru elaborarea ofertei. Cantitatile minime si maxime estimate pe durata acordului cadru, precum si pentru fiecare contract subsecvent (anul I, anul II, anul III, anul IV) sunt conform Anexei 1 la Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea maxima estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 617.760 lei fara TVA. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achiziţie publică are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire este cu 18 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea 98/2016 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, Autoritatea Contractantă stabileşte un singur termen limită în care va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informaţiilor suplimentare, după cum urmează: cu 11 zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul de răspuns la clarificări a fost stabilit astfel încât operatorii economici să aibă o perioadă adecvată pentru analizarea documentaţiei de atribuire şi, ulterior, pentru elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma răspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea Contractantă. Prestatorul va presta activitatile si serviciile in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini si ale legislatiei in domeniu. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi cu respectarea art. 10.8 din Acordul - Cadru, eventualele modificări care pot interveni în perioada de derulare a Acordului-cadru se referă la următoarele, fără a se limita la acestea: 1. modificări ale părţilor contractante, inclusiv înlocuirea contractantului cu un nou contractant în condiţiile prevăzute la art. 221 alin. (1) lit. d), punctul (ii); 2. înlocuirea/introducerea subcontractanților. 3. ajustarea pretului contractelor subsecvente care se vor incheia in baza Acord-cadru. 4. Modalitatea de plata si recuperare a creantelor de la promitent Prestator. Modificările vor fi realizate ulterior semnării acordului-cadru, în conformitate cu prevederile contractuale, numai în condiţiile în care acestea nu reprezintă modificări substanţiale în sensul prevederilor art. 221 alin. (7) din Legea nr. 98/2016 si vor face obiectul unui act aditional.
