Description

Acordul cadru are ca obiect achizitia serviciilor bancare de încasare a contravalorii documentelor de identitate/călătorie. Se va incheia un acord cadru, valabil 36 de luni începând cu data de 01.01.2027, iar implementarea acestuia va consta în prestarea și plata serviciilor. Pe parcursul acordului cadru se vor încheia 3 (trei) contracte subsecvente. contract subsecvent nr. 1: 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2027; contract subsecvent nr. 2: 01.01.2028 - 31.12.2028; contract subsecvent nr. 3: 01.01.2029 - 31.12.2029. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 7.412.872,50 lei, exclusiv T.V.A. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa in SEAP :http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro Specificatiile tehnice, si alte informatii se regasesc in caietul de sarcini aferent prezentei proceduri de achizitie. Serviciile achiziționate vor fi utilizate pentru încasarea contravalorii pașapoartelor electronice a permiselor de ședere temporară și a documentelor de identitate/călătorie cu preponderență de la persoanele fizice, potențial deținătoare de astfel de documente de călătorie, precum și încasarea contravalorii cărții de identitate și a cărții de rezidență conform legislației prezentate și asigurarea unei activități unitare în acest sens.
