Obiectul achizitiei îl reprezintă: Prestarea serviciilor de acceptare a plăților cu carduri prin intermediul echipamentelor POS, instalate la un număr maxim de 840 puncte de vânzare produse loto, pentru o perioadă de 24 luni. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 11 zi inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor: Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde DOAR la solicitările de clarificări adresate de catre operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit. - Cantitățile minime și maxime ale serviciilor de acceptare a plătilor cu carduri prin intermediul echipamentelor POS instalate la un număr maxim de 840 puncte de vânzare produse loto, care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord cadru pe o perioadă de 24 de luni în baza contractelor subsecvente, sunt : Cantitatea minimă estimată a serviciilor pentru 24 luni (acord cadru) = cantitatea minimă estimată a tranzacțiilor pentru 24 luni (acord cadru) : 204.045.767,00 lei, fără TVA; Cantitatea maximă estimată a serviciilor pentru 24 luni (acord cadru) = cantitatea maximă estimată a tranzacțiilor pentru 24 luni ( acord cadru) : 229.007.595,00 lei, fără TVA. -Cantitățile minime și maxime ale serviciilor de acceptare a plătilor cu carduri prin intermediul echipamentelor POS, ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent, sunt : Cantitatea minimă estimată a serviciilor pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent pe o perioadă de 12 luni = cantitatea minimă estimată a tranzacțiilor pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent pe o perioadă de 12 luni : 102.022.883,35 lei, fără TVA; Cantitatea maximă estimată a serviciilor pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent pe o perioadă de 12 luni = cantitatea maximă estimată a tranzacțiilor pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent pe o perioadă de 12 luni : 114.503.797,50 lei, fără TVA;
