Acord cadru servicii bancare acceptare a plăţilor de impozite, taxe, contribuţii si alte sume cuvenite bugetului general consolidat, efectuate cu Carduri de plată prin intermediul terminalelor POS la ghişeele Trezoreriei Statului pentru D.G.R.F.P. Iaşi. Valoarea estimata a acordului-cadru: minim - 30.000 lei, fără TVA/ 33.000 tranzactii; maxim - 720.000 lei, fără TVA/ 792.000 tranzactii; Valoarea contractului subsecvent: minim - 30.000 lei, fără TVA/1 luna/ 33.000 tranzactii maxim - 360.000 lei, fără TVA/12 luni/ 396.000 tranzactii Raspunsul autoritatii contractante la solicitarile de clarificari va fi transmis cu 10 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunere a ofertelor. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu 15 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se vor respecta prevederile art. 160 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare si ale art. 27 din HG 395/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Acord-cadru servicii bancare acceptare a plăţilor de impozite, taxe, contribuţii si alte sume cuvenite bugetului general consolidat, efectuate cu Carduri de plată prin intermediul terminalelor POS la ghişeele Trezoreriei Statului pentru D.G.R.F.P. Iaşi Din punct de vedere al numarului de POS-uri ce urmeaza a fi puse în functiune, am estimat un necesar constand intr-un numar de 65 POS-uri pentru toate trezoreriile operative din cadrul regiunii. Valoarea estimată a contractului s-a calculat astfel: S-a luat în considerare volumul încasarilor în cash pentru ultimile 12 luni, iunie 2022 -iunie 2023, la nivelul ghiseelor trezoreriilor din cadrul DGRFP Iaşi, din care : 1000 plati/luna pentru tranzactii mai mari de 4000 lei/tranzacţie, 2.631.578,94 lei prin plăţi mai mici de 4000 lei/tranzacţie. Pentru plăţi cu o valoare mai mare de 4000 lei/ tranzacţie, s-a estimat ca se vor realiza cu un numar de 1.000 plati/luna, la care se va aplica un comision de maxim 20 lei/tranzactie, astfel: 1000 plăti/luna x 20 lei (comision )= 20.000 lei comision/lună . 20.000 lei x 12 luni = 240.000 lei comision/ 12 luni 20.000 lei x 24 luni = 480.000 lei comision/ 24 luni Pentru plăţi cu o valoare mai mică de 4000 lei/ tranzacţie, s-a estimat ca se vor realiza cu un numar de 8.000 plati/luna,(aproximativ 32.000 tranzactii, cu o valoare medie de 80 lei/ tranzactiei) la care se va aplica un comision de maxim de maxim 0,38% tranzactie, astfel încât ne rezultă: 2.631.578,94 lei/luna x 0,38% (comision )= 10.000 lei comision/lună. 10.000 lei x 12 luni = 120.000 lei comision/ 12 luni 10.000 lei x 24 luni = 240.000 lei comision/ 24 luni Valoare estimate comision plartibil pentru total plati este de 30.000,00 lei/luna, fara TVA, respectiv 720.000,00 lei/24 luni, fara TVA. Valoarea estimata a acordului-cadru: minim - 30.000 lei, fără TVA/ 33.000 tranzactii; maxim - 720.000 lei, fără TVA/ 792.000 tranzactii; Valoarea contractului subsecvent: minim - 30.000 lei, fără TVA/1 luna/ 33.000 tranzactii maxim - 360.000 lei, fără TVA/12 luni/ 396.000 tranzactii Valoarea estimată a achiziţiei publice - minim 30.000 lei - maxim 720.000 lei,fără TVA Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui în funcţie de necesităţi şi în limita fondurilor disponibile. Numărul de contracte subsecvente estimate a fi încheiate în perioada de derulare a acordului cadru este de 4 (patru) contracte subsecvente, în functie de creditelele bugetare aprobate.
