Cantități minime estimate ale acordului cadru: 2.000 tone, Cantități maxime estimate ale acordului cadru: 20.000 tone, Cantități estimate aferente celui mai mic Contract subsecvent: 1.000 tone, Cantități estimate aferente celui mai mare Contract subsecvent: 3.000 tone. Numărul de zile pana la care ofertanții pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
